Snack-it Plate | P-185-B | 6 Inch

It was a busy day today working from home. Busy days mean a quick and simple lunch. I used one of my favorite lunch pieces, the square Snack-it plate.

This piece is part of the Heat N’ Eat line. This perfect sandwich plate was made in 1981. It can be used for anything of course, but the shape and size calls for a Sandwich. I made mine with eggs, tomatoes and greens. My mom has hens and lay eggs, I am thankful for fresh farm eggs.
