I am playing with a new kitchen gadget. I am late to the Instant Pot club, I honestly like to cook the traditional way. However, I must say, I like the time I am saving in the kitchen, I have more time to write on here. I’ll of course continue to use my Corning Ware to store, heat and serve my meals.
So, for now, the Instant Pot is staying, and I will share my favorite recipes with you. The ones that work, that are easy and budget friendly!
Dinner was served on my Centura plates (my favorite). The Country Style Ribs cooked for 45 minutes. My total prep and serve time was 15 minutes! Wow, serving dinner in 15 minutes was a win! I had leftover white steamed rice and the broccolini only took 5 minutes on the stovetop. I sautéd it with olive oil, salt and pepper.
I even had leftovers and used my petite in Spice of Life to store in the refrigerator. I’ll have that for lunch tomorrow with a side salad.
