The CorningWare Bake and Broil Tray is one of my favorite pieces for baking. It is 16x10.5 inches. It comes with a metal stand that has wooden handles. I have one of the Blue Cornflower versions. There are different patterns but I have only been able to find the Blue Cornflower.
I have 3 trays and each one is very special as two have been gifts from other collectors. I found one during a work trip to Ozark, AR. I probably paid too much for it, but it was on my list of most wanted items. I use my trays almost on a daily basis for prepping, serving and baking. You could use this as a beautiful cheeseboard, serving a Sunday roast, the options are endless.
Here is a fun, easy and yummy recipe for your next tea time or breakfast. My little boy made these pastries with fresh blueberries that our kind neighbors gave us.

Blueberry Rolls
8 oz. Can of Crescent Rolls
1/2 Cup Blueberries (Fresh or Frozen)
1/4 Cup Cream Cheese
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar (one will be used to sprinkle on top)
1 Egg, for egg wash
Egg Wash: This is used to create a golden color on pastries or sealing edges so that fillings do not spill out during baking. Beat one egg in a small bowl (adding water to egg wash is optional, I do not) and that is it! you will brush the egg to the top of the pastry.
Preheat oven to 350F. Unroll crescent dough on a large, ungreased baking sheet and separate triangles.
Spread cream cheese on each roll, add 4-5 blueberries and sprinkle brown sugar on each triangle.
Roll up the triangle on an angle and brush the egg wash and sprinkle more brown sugar on top
Place them on a greased baking sheet about 1 inch apart. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until browned.
Enjoy!
